Interesting picture, there was this gator just floating in the river in the middle of the Magic Kingdom, I know this is Florida, but the thing could just walk onto Tom Sawyer's island if it wanted to....with all the tourists....which would be pretty damn funny. Unless I was one of the tourists...then...not so much.
Went over to the Magic Kingdom yesterday, but before we got over there we hit the Polynesian Resort. If you ever get a chance hit the bar over at Ohana in the Polynesian, they've got some of the best bar food on Disney property.
Then it was off to the Magic Kingdom!
You know someday we will have to stop doing this so I can work on my new comic book project, oh well eat, drink and be merry and tomorrow...yada yada yada.
My parents came up to look for a new house for their impending retirement. The first picture is my brother Jon fooling around in one of the fancy-ass houses in Baldwin Park, the other pic is my brother Marc in Macaroni Grill. (Christine took the picture of Jon, thanks dear!)
They ended up buying a new place (to be built), sadly not in fancy-ass Baldwin Park.
Wonderful photo essay on Disneyland's Tomorrowland and the changes the place has gone through.
I visited Disneyland in July of 2003, it was our second time (we had visited in 2001) and it wasn't the magical place we used to see on the TV. It was a bit run down, in need of some serious love and care.

While filming in Dodger Stadium, HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" recorded murder suspect Juan Catalan with his 6 year old daughter clearing him of the murder of Martha Puebla. Although Catalan had ticket stubs from the game and family testimony, police had a witness that placed Catalan at the scene of the murder. Catalan spent over 5 month in jail until his lawyer, Todd Melnik, learned that HBO had been filming the night Catalan claimed to be watching the baseball game.
.."I got to one of the scenes, and there is my client sitting in a corner of the frame eating a hot dog with his daughter," Melnik said. "I nearly jumped out of my chair and said, 'There he is!"'..
